The project aims to develop innovative ideas and services for the development plan of the old HANGLAS site. The site, previously occupied by the HANGLAS factory established in 1979, has been demolished as the factory relocated. Currently, the site is being prepared for a prenegotiated district unit plan that caters to societal changes and contemporary demands. The objective is to transform the site from a general manufacturing area into a quasi-residential and general commercial space, creating a tourism-focused cultural complex that serves as a hub for marine cultural tourism in the eastern Busan region.
